Each workshop was uniquely tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization, demonstrating the versatility and impact of the MBTI-based approach.
leadership development for high-potential employees
This comprehensive Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) virtual workshop series was designed to enhance leadership development across the North American locations of a large service-oriented corporation. Participants were provided with individualized copies of the MBTI® Interpretive Report for Organizations.
The pilot phase, involving over 40 employees, laid the groundwork for broader implementation and provided key insights for expansion. Following its success, the program was extended to over 90 additional employees, amplifying its impact on leadership development across the company.
Each phase started with a group orientation session, where participants were introduced to the MBTI® framework. This session covered the fundamentals of the MBTI® and best practices for completing the assessment, ensuring all participants were well-prepared.
Participants received individual access to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, enabling them to complete the assessment at their own pace.
Following the assessments, employees participated in small group sessions, with no more than 10 participants per group. These sessions focused on interpreting the MBTI® results and applying the insights to personal and leadership development.
This workshop series equipped employees across the company with skills and tools to enhance communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
professional development for internship student cohorts
Joanna designed and facilitated an engaging full-day workshop for the STEM internship student cohort, designed to enhance self-awareness, teamwork, and goal-setting. Students were provided with individualized copies of the MBTI® Career Report.
Understanding MBTI® Personality Types: Students began by discovering and identifying their “Best Fit” MBTI® personality type, gaining valuable insights into their personal strengths and preferences.
Exploring Type Differences: Through interactive and experiential activities, students learned about type differences, fostering a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives within teams.
Applying Knowledge: This workshop provided opportunities for students to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios involving communication styles, team decision-making, and goal-setting, equipping them with practical skills for their internships.
Reflective Guidance: Students were guided in reflecting on key prompts, including:
What do you intend to learn and/or accomplish during your internship experience?
How will you use this experience to learn about teamwork and communication?
What is one goal you have for yourself (academic or career) following your internship?
This workshop outfitted students with the tools to maximize their internship experience and set meaningful goals for their future academic and career endeavors.

This workshop series provided the Executive Team with the tools and knowledge to leverage their unique strengths, driving more cohesive and effective leadership within the organization.
“I genuinely learned a lot about myself with regard to how I operate within an organization and who I am as a person relative to the MBTI. It was meaningful in that I came out of this whole process with more confidence and drive than I had before.”
